Wilcoxon signed-ranks test: Value of parameter "p" in the critical values table Dr. Ballings,
In the example for Wilcoxon signed-ranks test in the book we were using value for parameter "p" as 0.05.
I apologize but I don't quite remember how we got the value of "p" for that example.
It's not clear from the book as well.
Could you please repeat how we got the value of "p"?

A p-value of 0.05 is accepted as the standard value (the norm) to claim significance of results. Smaller values are always better.
