What to do if a rm command was used when it shouldn't have been? Professor,
I used a rm command before randomizing my indicators before creating my test and training sets. Now I'm getting an error every time I try to
run any other of my commands. It says "object not found" in the error. How can I fix this?

The rm command stands for remove.
For example rm(object) would delete the object from your environment.
If you do rm(list=ls()) then you remove everything from your environment.
Only remove the objects that you don't need anymore.
If you remove an object and try the use it afterwards it will say
"object not found".
