## Question

AUC

What should the arguments for the function roc be in order to calculate AUC? In the book, this is listed as yTEST, but I am not sure what

value this represents.

AUC::auc(roc(predNB,___))

## Answers and follow-up questions

** Answer or follow-up question 1**Dear student,

yTEST is the observed labels (0 and 1).

The first element in the roc function is the predictions (probabilities) and the second element is the labels (ground truth).

Please do ?roc for more information.
